How is the per-registration commission calculated exactly?

The standard commission is 10% + 0.50 USD per registration sold. It applies to the total ticket value. You can choose to absorb it (keeping your "round" price) or pass it to the registrant (the system adds it transparently at checkout). You choose the mode when configuring the event.

When and how do I receive the money from my sales?

Money lands in your Nexotick wallet almost in real time, event by event. You request the payout to your bank account from your dashboard whenever you want (minimum $200 USD). Transfers process in under 5 business days depending on the destination bank.

Are there hidden costs or fine print?

None. We don't charge for setup, maintenance, installation, hosting, basic support, or uploading photos. The only commission is on actual sales. If you don't sell in a week, you pay nothing. If you want extra services (paid campaigns, custom integration), we quote separately and only if you approve.

Is the commission the same for all events?

The standard 10% + 0.50 USD rate applies to most sports events. If your event moves very high volumes or has specific needs (multi-day, multi-country, integration with proprietary timing), we discuss a preferential rate. Write to us before configuring the event.

What if I need to refund a registrant?

Process the refund from the dashboard with one click. We return our share of the commission proportionally. The gateway may retain a small fixed portion per their policy — we show it before confirming so you make the informed decision.

How does the commission work for courts and photographers?

Accepted Answer

For courts (NexoReserve) we charge a percentage on each booking paid online. The exact amount depends on the country and payment method; we show it when you create the account. For photographers (NexoMedia) the commission is 15% on each photo sale. If the event organizer invited you as a vendor, that 15% is split between Nexotick and the organizer (10/5).

What about enterprise plans?

Do I need a credit card to start?

Accepted Answer

No. You create the account free, configure your event or court, and start selling. We only charge when you sell and the commission is deducted from the gross of each sale — we never ask for a charge on your card.
