For athletes
Registration, events, and results
How do I receive my ticket?
You receive an email with your digital ticket and QR code when you complete the purchase. You can also always find it in "My tickets" of your profile.
What are digital events?
They are challenges you complete by registering your activity with GPS from the mobile app. You don't need a QR — the system automatically validates whether you met the requirements (distance, type, date).
Can I request a refund?
Refund policies depend on each organizer. We recommend contacting them directly from the event page.
Where do I see my results?
Once the event ends, you see your position in the "Results" tab of the event or in the global ranking.
How do I share my live location?
If the event has Live Tracking activated, you can share your tracking link from "My tickets" so your family can follow in real time.
Can I register with Google?
Yes. You can use your Google account to register and sign in, or create an account directly with your email.
Is my medical data private?
Yes. Your medical and emergency information is only shared with the event organizer to ensure your safety in case of an accident.
How does the global ranking work?
The ranking adds points based on your position in each race (1st = 100 pts, 2nd = 80, 3rd = 60, 4-10 = 30, finisher = 10). More details on the scoring system page.
For organizers
Operations, payments, and results
When do I receive my earnings?
You can request payouts from your "Wallet" in the dashboard. Payments are processed weekly by transfer (minimum $200 USD, max 1x per month).
How much does Nexotick cost?
10% + $0.50 USD per transaction. The athlete can pay it (added to the price) or the organizer (deducted from revenue). No contracts or fixed costs.
How do I validate tickets?
You use the integrated QR scanner from any mobile device with a camera — no installation required.
How do I create a digital event?
When creating the event, select "Digital" as the type. Define the requirements (minimum distance, activity type, dates) and athletes complete the challenge from their sports apps.
How do I import results from YourLaps?
In the event's Timing panel configure YourLaps or Webscorer. Paste the results URL and "Sync" imports the times automatically.
How do I activate Live Tracking?
In the event's settings activate "Live Tracking". On event day a "Live" tab appears where spectators see athletes in real time.
Can I export data for YourLaps?
Yes. From the attendees page there's an "Export for YourLaps (CSV)" button with the exact format: Bib, First name, Last name, Team, Category, Gender, Age.
How do I manage teams?
If you're a team manager, you can buy multiple tickets and assign them to your athletes from "Manage teams" in the dashboard.
Can I create unlimited free tickets?
Yes for digital events. For physical events there's a 10 free ticket limit to prevent abuse.
