- We don't have a monthly fee or setup. We only charge a small commission on bookings paid online. If a week no one comes through the platform, you pay nothing. The exact commission depends on the country and payment method; we show it to you when creating the account.
- It goes directly to your account almost in real time, before the customer arrives. We accept credit, debit, and bank transfer. You decide which methods to enable for your bookings.
- Yes. Configure differentiated prices for peak hour (typically nights and weekends), off-peak hour, holidays, and seasons. You can also offer member or multi-hour package discounts. The platform charges the correct amount automatically.
- Upfront payment already eliminates most: if someone doesn't show up, their money is already in your account. Additionally you can define cancellation policy (e.g.: cancellation more than 24h refunds, less doesn't), apply penalties to recurring customers, and block those who abandon.
- Yes, that's what it's built for. Load your complex with all the courts, each with its sport (padel, 5-a-side, tennis, etc.) and own schedules. Your customers filter by sport and see all courts in one flow. You have one panel to control everything.
- Not required. Your booking link opens in the phone browser and they book there. If they want, they can download the Nexotick app to have all their bookings in one place and recurring bookings with a tap, but it's not a requirement.
- Yes. Block the slots you need, schedule recurring classes (e.g.: padel class every Tuesday at 18:00), reserve fixed slots for regular customers, and leave the rest available for online bookings. All from the same calendar.
- Yes. By default anyone with the link can book by paying, but you can enable a waiting list, require manual approval, demand prior registration, block problematic users, and limit bookings per person per week.
