- Our standard commission is 15% of the gross amount. If the event organizer invited you, that 15% is split between Nexotick and the organizer (10/5). All the rest goes directly to your account. No monthly fees, no upload fees: if you don't sell, you don't pay.
- Money goes directly to your bank account almost in real time, event by event. We don't have day-based holds or minimum thresholds. We accept transfers in USD and local currencies depending on the country. You receive a detail of every sale for your accounting.
- Average facial recognition accuracy exceeds 95% with a recent selfie and good lighting. Bib detection works as a backup when the face is partially covered (glasses, headband, hood). In practice, 99% of photos end up correctly assigned to their athlete with no manual intervention.
- The photos are 100% yours. We're only the sales channel. We don't use your photos to promote the platform without your permission, don't transfer them to third parties, and you can pull them from the marketplace whenever. Each athlete purchase is a personal-use license.
- Upload processed JPGs (the ones you'd deliver to the final client). The system accepts up to 30 MB per file. Your workflow doesn't change: edit in Lightroom or Capture One as always and drag the final exports to Nexotick. The RAWs stay on your disk as always.
- Yes, in most events there are several photographers competing. If the organizer signed exclusivity with a photographer, that event appears marked as exclusive and you won't be able to upload photos. We notify you when there are events open to several vendors.
- You define everything: single photo price, packs (5, 10, unlimited), prices per event category, early-purchase discounts, and possible giveaways as a hook. You can copy your configuration between events so you don't redo everything each time.
- We accept professional, semi-professional, and hobbyist photographers with dedicated cameras. We review your portfolio before enabling you to ensure minimum quality. No formal credentials required: if your work looks good, we enable you.
