- Yes. That's precisely one of the cases we designed the product for. Medical coverage active from the moment you leave until you return, with 24/7 support in Spanish included.
- Yes, as long as the start of the race is after the policy issue time. For international races we recommend insuring at least 48 hours in advance to activate cancellation coverage.
- Yes. We refund the registration fee and non-recoverable expenses (lodging, flights) in the covered cases: organizer force majeure cancellation or your own justified medical impediment or that of a direct family member.
- Yes. Silver and Gold policies include sports equipment coverage for theft, partial damage, or loss during transport and the race. The equipment must be declared when quoting to adjust the insured value.
- Medical coverage starts on the date you declared when quoting; if you select the extended coverage option, we also include training days prior to the event. Pre-existing injuries must be declared so as not to affect care.
- Yes. You can include up to 8 additional people in the same quote. The price is adjusted automatically and each one receives their individual certificate.
- You call or write on WhatsApp to the phone number on your policy. We coordinate care with the nearest clinic and, if applicable, pay the medical center directly so you don't have to advance any money.
- Yes. If you're insuring more than ten people for the same event, write to [email protected] and we'll build a corporate quote with a preferential rate.
