- Yes. The same Nexotick app (iOS and Android) has a staff mode. Your access coordinator logs in with a link you send and has the scanner ready. You can assign different permissions: gate access, kit handoff, hydration control, etc.
- It's common to try Nexotick with a small event first to see how it behaves before migrating the big event. If you need to import registrant data from another platform to keep the history, we help with manual migration.
