- Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can get to know the platform with your real employees before committing. If at the end of the trial it doesn't convince you, simply don't activate the plan and you won't be charged.
- When you confirm your plan, the first month is charged and then it renews automatically every month. We accept credit and debit cards. You receive a monthly invoice by email and can check your payment history in the panel.
- Yes. Cancel whenever you want from the panel without penalties or cancellation fees. The service stays active until the end of the monthly period already paid and then deactivates automatically.
- Metrics: dashboard with participation, sports activity, wellness KPIs per area. My Tribe: panel to invite employees with corporate code, organize them in areas, monitor their aggregated activity (employees control what they share), and create challenges per group.
- The Basic plan covers up to 50 active employees. The Pro plan up to 200. If your company has more, we quote a custom Enterprise plan. We don't charge for invited employees who don't accept the invitation.
- No. The plan is paid by the company. Employees access the Nexotick app for free, participate in internal tournaments, redeem vouchers, and appear in the metrics (with their explicit consent).
- The company only sees aggregated data by area, never individual data without the employee's explicit consent. Each employee decides what data they share (activity, health, location). We comply with local data protection regulation.
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade from the panel whenever you want. If you upgrade to Pro mid-month, we charge the prorated difference. If you downgrade to Basic, the change applies the next billing cycle.
