How to install your eSIM before your next race

Quick guide for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other Android phones. Install from home with Wi-Fi and arrive at the event with everything ready.

  • iPhone XS+ and Android 2020+
  • Requires Wi-Fi to install
  • Device must be unlocked

Modelos compatibles

iPhone XS o superior.

Technical questions

What we get asked the most when installing

Yes, but you need Wi-Fi to download the profile. We recommend installing it before leaving home, with stable Wi-Fi, and only enabling data roaming when you land.
Your model is probably not compatible or not unlocked. Check with your carrier if the device is unlocked. On iPhones sold in mainland China the option physically does not appear, even though the device supports it elsewhere.
No. The plan starts counting when it connects to a local network at your destination. If you keep the eSIM line off until landing, it doesn't consume.
Once installed, the eSIM profile is tied to your device. If you delete it, you usually need to ask the provider to reissue the profile. Better to keep it installed and just disable the line when you're not using it.
Toggle airplane mode for 10 seconds. Make sure the eSIM line is selected for data and that "Data roaming" is enabled only for it. If it still doesn't connect, write to us via chat with your model and country.
For now only on phones. Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch use eSIMs from the same carrier as the iPhone/Samsung, not external eSIMs like ours.
